About Me

I am currently a researcher at the National Institute for Mathematical Sciences (NIMS) in Daejeon, South Korea. I majored in physics, with minors in mathematics and philosophy, during my undergraduate studies at Ewha Womans University.

My research interests lie in astrophysics, particularly gravitational waves, multi-messenger astronomy, and artificial intelligence. Recently, I have developed a strong interest in astroinformatics—the integration of astronomy and data science to gain new insights from gravitational wave detector data. I am a member of KAGRA and Einstein Telescope collaboration, developing machine learning tools for gravitational wave data analysis, especially detector characterization.
